Standard Residential Installation Warranty
Link ClimateCare warrants materials and workmanship for one year from date of installation for all HVAC systems and equipment we supply and install. Link ClimateCare will provide maintenance and repair service after the first year at the property owners request and expense. Link ClimateCare offers a range of Maintenance and Protection plans which may be purchased separately. Link Heating offers 24 hour Emergency Service.
All repairs of covered components must be made by authorized Link ClimateCare personnel. Repairs or alterations made by others will not be covered by Link ClimateCare and may void this warranty.
Link ClimateCare supplies manufacturer's manuals for all equipment at the time of installation. These manuals are left with the equipment. These manuals contain manufacturer's warranty information. Link ClimateCare will endeavor to process all manufacturer's warranty claims on the property owner's behalf.
This warranty does not cover damage or defect resulting from flood, wind, fire, lightning, accident or neglect, or unreasonable use or operation of the equipment.
Link ClimateCare will not pay electricity or fuel costs, or increases in electricity or fuel costs, for any reason whatsoever, including additional or unusual use of supplemental electric heat.
This warranty does not cover lodging expenses. Link ClimateCare shall not be liable for any default or delay in performance under this warranty caused by any contingency beyond its control.
Complete Care
Plus
Complete Care plus is a convenient affordable plan that covers unexpected repairs for your home comfort system. Complete Care Plus plans are backed by an A-rated insurance underwriter. They are designed to provide you with an extra measure of peace of mind. The plan provides comprehensive protection against repair bills on all brands of home comfort systems. You may purchase a 3-, 5- or 10-year Complete Care Plus plan that covers parts, labour and refrigerant. The price for Complete Care Plus varies by product and length of plan selected, but averages only pennies per day. Ask us about details for pricing and payment options.
If your home is sold, Complete Care Plus is completely transferable to the new owner at no cost. Complete Care Plus does not cover routine maintenance, failure due to neglect, cosmetic damages or non-operating components. The Complete Care Plus extended protection plan being purchased will be void unless annual maintenance is performed.
