Standard Residential Installation Warranty
Link ClimateCare warrants materials and workmanship for one year from date of installation for all HVAC systems and equipment we supply and install. Link ClimateCare will provide maintenance and repair service after the first year at the property owners request and expense. Link ClimateCare offers a range of Maintenance and Protection plans which may be purchased separately. Link Heating offers 24 hour Emergency Service.
All repairs of covered components must be made by authorized Link ClimateCare personnel. Repairs or alterations made by others will not be covered by Link ClimateCare and may void this warranty.
Link ClimateCare supplies manufacturer's manuals for all equipment at the time of installation. These manuals are left with the equipment. These manuals contain manufacturer's warranty information. Link ClimateCare will endeavor to process all manufacturer's warranty claims on the property owner's behalf.
This warranty does not cover damage or defect resulting from flood, wind, fire, lightning, accident or neglect, or unreasonable use or operation of the equipment.
Link ClimateCare will not pay electricity or fuel costs, or increases in electricity or fuel costs, for any reason whatsoever, including additional or unusual use of supplemental electric heat.
This warranty does not cover lodging expenses. Link ClimateCare shall not be liable for any default or delay in performance under this warranty caused by any contingency beyond its control.

By choosing LinkCare you can rest assured that you will receive high quality customer service as well as comprehensive coverage for your Home Comfort System. A LinkCare plan protects your HVAC system against unexpected repair bills.
What is LinkCare?
LinkCare is a convenient and affordable plan that covers unexpected repairs for your home comfort system. LinkCare provides comprehensive protection against repair bills for a five year period. The program supplements the manufacturer's parts warranty to cover costs of labour, refrigerant, and materials not covered by equipment manufacturer's warranties.
The price for LinkCare varies by product, but averages only pennies a day. If your home is sold, LinkCare is fully transferable to the new owner at no cost. LinkCare does not cover routine maintenance, failure due to neglect, cosmetic damages, or non operating components.
The LinkCare extended protection plan will be void if annual maintenance is not performed. Annual maintenance plans are available separately. To take advantage of LinkCare extended warranty you must purchase warranty coverage within 90 days of equipment installation. Your LinkCare protection certificate will be issued by mail, usually within 2 weeks.
